Our commitment towards Quality Education is of prime importance. Education has undergone a tremendous change with the passage of time. An unidirectional teaching method is being increasingly substituted by amulti directional group workshop method. Here the teacher becomes the group facilitator, nurturing students without the phobia of examinations and homework. At this juncture our institute uses various teaching aids andteaching methods which enable understanding capability in concepts with relevant practicality or application. The four major domains of talent development laid out by PIPS are :

• Intellectual Abilities : Encompassing the spheres of Language, Mathematics and Science intellectual ability development involves reading, writing and oral communication, traditional and applied mathematics, space programs and other interesting learning projects.
• Creative Abilities : Creativity is fundamental to successful learning and is an essential element in all subjects. As an area of school study it refers to music and art. All children are taught performing, composing and appraising skills in music and peripatetic music teacher also offers instrumental tuition. In Art we teach children to use a wide range of materials, media and methods.
• Physical And Mental Abilities : Sports is an integrate part of the educational experience at PIPS. For it enhances growth and well being of children by providing physical activity and emphasizing on enjoyment through participation. The fact is, outdoor activities help in reading individuals who are confident of their skills. The concepts of fitness, teamwork, discipline and competition are essential ingredients in sports and as such, are fostered at PIPS.
• Social Abilities : To enable a child to improve his/her interactions with classmates, teachers and parents. Projects in this area deals with concepts such as development of leadership qualities, problem solving abilities and an interpersonal communication.
