For Admission to PIPS prior registration is required. Registration forms are available in the school office during the school hours. Final selection depends on the interaction of the parents and their ward with the Selection Committee.
Admission to other classes depends on admission test as per the set schedule.

The academic year at PIPS begins in early April and extends to late March in the next year. There is a long summer break from the beginning of June to the mid of July and a short winter break around Christmas in December. The academic year is divided into two terms April - October and November- March. The application process begins in December for the following April session and includes registration followed by an admission test and personal interview for all levels, some time in the month of February. We welcome application for day-scholars (Nursery - Age 2 1⁄2 + as on 1st April) till class (VII).

A child must have completed 2 years and 6 months on 1st April for admission to Lower 1 (play group), correspondingly there is
an age limit for higher classes also.

• Nursery : The child should be 2 years + 6 months on 30th July of the corresponding year.
• LKG : The child should be 3 years + 6 months on 30th July of the corresponding year.
• UKG : The child should be 4 years + 6 months on 30th July of the corresponding year.
• Ist Class : The child should be 5 years + 6 months on 30th July of the corresponding year.
• The likewise will be the criteria for the rest of the higher classes.
• Admission for all levels will be granted on the basis of admission test and personal interview.
• Registration of candidate does not guarantee his/her admission and the administration reserve the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.

The following documents will be required at the time of admission :

1. Recent coloured passport size photograph (6) of the child seeking admission.
2. Recent family group photo.
3. An attested xerox copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Committee or any other govt. agency.
4. An original Transfer Certificate and xerox copy of Report Card / Marksheet issued by the previous school.
5. Copy of the last mark sheet / progress report from the previous school / duly attested.
6. Admissions are finalized by PIPS Admission Committee comprising Members of the Board and the Principal.
